They requested a copy of my social security card and proof of residency even though I bank with them. I faxed them over a copy of my SS card and a copy of my ID - now I'm approved and my Freedom card is in the mail. Also, I'm 19 so the 21 and up rule is evidently not being enforced as hard as Chase usually does right now.
