Has anyone here who has a BB&T/Truist card tried to use the Truist pre-qualify tool? Whenever I try to use it as a Truist client, it doesn't take my password; I get a 'Please enter a valid password' prompt, even though I'm using my online banking password. Interestingly, it does let me use the tool with my account number and ssn.
