What is the attraction?   Looks like the card has no rewards (https://unitedfcu.com/personal/bank/card-services/visa-credit-cards/) and just a 6 month intro 0%, then rates between 9.74 and 18%.

I believe that the Visa Signature version has rewards. Not as competitive with some other CU CCs that may have a more robust rewards program, but nevertheless one exists:

Earn 3x points on travel, 2x points on gas, and 1 point per $1 spent on all other purchases.
