Discover and Chase Freedom both have their 5% CB cat as warehouse clubs this quarter. So if you have both, you can max out the Disco with Costco Cash Cards online and use Chase for in store purchases and more cash cards.
If you are willing to shell out for the AF, US Bank Altitude Reserve gets 3x points for mobile wallet purchases so you can get 4.5% return that way.
Otherwise the only category card that allows you to consistently choose in store warehouse clubs as a 5% CB category all year round is the VW CU rewards card and that's been geo-restricted now. Given the $1500/quarter cap (like Disco and CF), that's really only $300 CB per year max. You can easily earn that margin with a single decent SUB every year.

You can also use Discover...5% this quarter. Buy something online, or buy Costco Cash cards online, get them in the mail, and use them in-store.
