Logged in this morning to redeem some rewards and was met with a missed payment alert. I always autopay statement balance on all my cards, so I immediately panicked. I called in and the agent told me it must be just a glitch, possibly caused by having a $0 balance at the previous statement cut date / no payment made for the month. Wish they would update the API to account for having no payment due!
In September I had a balance of $25.00 on the 26th. I paid it on the 26th from my US Bank account. After the payment I think my balance showed $0.00
My statement cut on October 2nd with a balance of $0.00. US Bank reported my balance as $25.00. The $25.00 that had been paid.
US Bank would not correct it. I was not happy.
