USB Cash+ "20% MORE CASH BACK!" promo

Not exactly the most exciting of promos, but I'll throw it out here.

Spend $1500 between Nov 1-Dec 31 and qualify to earn an additional 1% cash back up to $20 maxinum on additional spend during the promo period.  Enroll by Nov 30 and prior spend from Nov 1 will be counted.

Another laugh out loud USBank "special offer"

You start earning $0.002 on every dollar spent after the $1,500. To get the full $20 bonus, you need to spend $10,000, meaning you spend $11,500 overall to get the $20 "bonus".

I just got the same offer on my Elan Real Rewards Visa... but after $100 in purchases.

I got this today in a mailer, with the slight tweak that I start earning the bonus after $1,350 in spend. This is a breathtakingly terrible offer. It's almost like they are testing their customers' math skills. Like, if someone enrolls and increases their spend, that customer gets flagged as being susceptible to exaggerated marketing claims. Maybe I'm overthinking it. But just... wow!
