I don't think that is allowed as income.  I'd lay low with what you have until you finish school and get a job.

It's taxable, so why wouldn't it be counted?  Even so, credit card apps do not ask for "taxable income" so I don't see why counting any form of incoming monies could not be counted.

It would depend on each lenders requirement for income.  Generally, if it's reported on your tax return and it exceeds the amount allocated for books/tuition etc
