Therefore, allowing my file to get on a list of some credit card companies, once this happens. Thus, providing me a chance to get better cc offers with increased sign-up bonuses in the mail, or some prequals. As I understand this process, it takes a while to start receiving prequals or target mail offers. Thus, I am just trying to get the process going. I have opted in, however the freeze of course it preventing CRA’s from accessing my file.
