Just checking to see if anyone has had success with other airlines now that AA is a NO GO to trigger the AMEX credit. SWA maybe?

Delta GC still works...but only from the desktop. Just booked DL reward and tested something called 'mileage boost' Statement credit the day after posting.
On another AA rewards, I also received credits for taxes / surcharges. All small...under $50-70 each.
Flyertalk is your best bet for information on this.
This is the only thing keeping me from jumping into a Platinum. Of course the perks are the main reason why I'll likely eventually get one, however i wish Amex was a little looser like Chase, when it comes to travel credits.
