+1 I really don't understand the point of deriding the accomplishments of 1970charger and all of us who have used EO and now have forged improved interaction with Cap One.
I recently asked for a CLI on my CAP1 card, through their online system, and got a message that said that they will mail their response. I am assuming that's going to be a no. Will calling the EO make any difference and is it worth calling them?
My CL on this card is 3k and I just wanted an extra 1k and I have been with them for 6 months now. I have heard of CAP 1 customers having the same CL for years and never having a CLI so is it even worth calling the EO?
