Upgrade from Capital One Platinum to Quicksilver!

I just noticed the thread by Billharrell and the same thing happening to him.  Congrats to you!!!

Mine is the same scenario, Cap One Platinum in October, steps program, upgrade to Quicksilver today (they said can get nice CLI after finishing steps in 2 months)!  My scores are 630 and below so I think that's an awesome upgrade!  It'll now be my main card as I garden for a while and can get something better (is that possible? )

I'm new here but already I haven't gotten great advice that encouraged the call to Cap One for the upgrade.  I didn't even know I could do that!

Got my Plat I believe on Nov. 1. Just checked for upgrade with the upgrade link a few days ago after my statement posted and NADA. Checked again after reading this thread and there it was, PC'd to QS!
