Talked to Barclays today, if you didn't qualify for the Arrival World MC first time around and own the Arrival Plat you are able to reapply for the World MC and still qualify for the "new member perks", $440 Travel credit after spending 1k within 3 months, as well as the 0% intro APR for 12 months. Barclays counts the Arrival PLAT and World MC as totally DIFFERENT cards, in which technically are same, one is MC Platnium and one is World MC.
If you did qualify for the Arrival World MC, apply again hoping to qualify under 5k to grab the plat version to also qualify for the "new member perks".
IMO $440 travel credit and 0% APR for 12 months is worth my TU INQ.
Hope this info helps!
