Contact the EO last week and received a call on Thursday verifing my request.
Just received a phone call saying no problem, we have changed your rewards structure to quicksilver and you will be receiving your new visa signature card in the mail in approx. 3 business days. We also were able to increase your CL from 5k to 10k and the apr remains the same at 15.9%.
Easy breezy. I recommend not calling the EO even though they say feel free to call. I have had the best results doing the silly email to their CEO and waiting on the phonecall back, same goes for Facebook (no luck there ever).
