Received an invitation from my bank for a Visa Signature CC. Are all VS CC don't report CL or only certain ones? Just wanted to know since I don't want to waste any inquiry. My score is just average and can't afford for a card not to report a CL.

That's the problem --most don't, but some do. 
Which bank, and which specific card?
Mine doesn't report its limit and, as a result, Discover views my $700 balance as 100% utilization and won't give me CLI from $1,700 to $2,000! That's Ok. I've got a good relationship with Chase and they have extended me over $15,000 in unsecured credit and a car loan. I've had the Discover card in the sock drawer for a couple of months, which is where it will stay.

Does your card report a high balance?
