The only "silver lining" is that you can get a copy of your Equifax disclosure. At least they refer to Equifax on the back page of the letter, so I'm going to request my free disclosure.

Ok I got that EQ notice too. For a second I thought they loaded the printer with old forms
I think they did use a boilerplate letter for it, and since any adverse action usually involves Equifax, they just left their boillerplate language.
