WHICH CC SHOULD I APPLY FOR?

MYFICO score is 649 tu/659 exp/680 eq/pfico 680.  I have two paid collections and 1 medical collection that i need to start working on.  It is only for $85. I have the following cc:
 
wamu visa:  2500 cl
fashion bug: 1450 cl
cato:               650 cl
 
What would be another good cc to apply for with my scores?

How old are these collections? Search the forum for HIPAA and HIPPA if you want to get that med CO removed.
