I started at $600 in January 2009. Since then, I've requested increases and gotten $750 and $900. Most recently, I got $1250 and they bumped it to $2500 within a week (without me requesting it). My JCP went from $600, to $750, to $1800.
Not sure if they take the WM card at Sams', but I would guess they probably do.
Good luck!
Yes, they do take it at Sam's Club. I used mine there all the time before I got my Discover Card.
Yeah, as someone else mentioned, It is indeed accepted at Sams Club. Also they are very generous with CLI's.. Also if you get approved for one of gemb's cards its likely that you can get another one, i got 2 in the same week. i have 4 all together. I love them, i pay in full every month and never had any problems with them,
Good luck to you
My gf has the discover version. The credit line started at 1000, it was then increased to 4000. She just requested another increase and shes at 8000 right now. Thats prime numbers to me... I think its because her american express was increased to 6k after her walmart got increased for the first time. I'm thinking walmart likes her and wants to be her top card. Each time she gets a credit line higher than the walmart card, walmart gives her a higher limit again.

Out of curiousity how long are you waiting before requesting the CLI? with your 4th statement being cut does that mean you requested a CLI after just 4months? I thought suggested timeframe was 6/12 months? I have a Walmart Store card and pay off in full every month. Was worth it to me for the FICO score alone.... Please let us know how that goes...
