I'm not sure if hard or soft but I'm going to say soft.  I have a fraud alert on my report which requires a series of questions every time it is run.  There were no questions this time.

Most Walmart CLIs are soft pulls. I haven't heard anyone report a HP with a CLI request with them. The best number to call is credit soultions every 4 months and show card usage. I went from $1k--->$1.5k--->$3.0k. I'm gonna try for 6k next time.
