I also got the letter that my store only Walmart card is being converted to th QS card. Well it is better then it being closed and I can now use the card elsewhere and likely keep the years of history reporting to the credit reports.

The interest rate for me, at least is 32.24%, which I think was the standard one for the Walmart card. I guess I will have another QS card to sock drawer because I could never get CapOne to budge on any type of cli.
Do what I did with an old converted Platinum. Combine and close. Drain the available credit limit out of the converted Walmart card when it becomes a Quicksilver and move it all to the account you want to use, then close the old Walmart card.
I got a CLI on my SavorOne because the QuickSilver I just got was too new to do anything with, then I moved the available credit to the SavorOne from the old Quicksilver.
When the new Quicksilver is 6 months old, I'll request a CLI on it and then move the $2500 I added to the SavorOne over to the new Quicksilver.
I'd like to see the credit limit on the new Quicksilver bump up to the $15,000 ballpark instead of the $10,000 they issued it at, but even what they gave me is a huge increase from where I was on the bucket card.
So long story short. Just combine and close. I don't think there's any other value for a QS at over 32-33% interest. Eww.
going to be sad if this design is just placeholder or only limited to walmart PC's
Looks like i will be canceling that then, dont like capital one in first place only reason i had one was because Walmat switched before.
@IsambardPrince that is exactly what I also plan to do!

I view it as a placeholder image rather than seeing as a seperate entity to other QSs. It would've be better if they gave it a new name rather than having ties to other QSs that everyone applies manually.

just feels weird to use a placeholder when they could literally just use the image of the quicksilver

Just be lucky that you still managed to have a good amount of limit so far for a walmart card, which others including me, don't have.
With all of the $300 limits CapOne handed out on these cards, I wonder if they will ever see any type of cli or will they be stuck with maybe a $100 cli once in a blue moon?
