For those who didn't opt out or Walmart didn't respect their opt out of the upgrade, then when it arrives don't activate it or write return to sender on it. I think the return to sender is the best option.
Remember that if you take the upgrade it will hurt your AAoA as it WILL report as a new tradeline.

Always accept candy from strangers because they have the best candy or from people you know have good candy.
