Walmart Statement

I was wondering if anyone PIF to Walmart? If you pay one dollar more then the balance will that cut a statement?

it'll cut a statement regardless of whether you carry a balance or not.

IME, Walmart will not cut a statement if there is not a balance. YMMV

Walmart uses number of statements as the trigger for CLI's. some have gotten increases without but its more often than not- after 4 statements.

OOH thanks Lexie09!!!!  I am very glad I asked. I am going to make sure to report a small (5$) balance on walmart to make sure that I get my CLI next month.

Good luck!

My DH received his in March- did not use it until April at my urging. Last week he received his auto CLI. The same happened with me except I didn't let a month go by before using the card.

Of course, YMMV

I read on this forum, if you pif and pay a little over they will cut a statement.
