I made a PIF on 5/31 before my statement cut on June 2. The payment shows as posted, but the $228 that I paid is not yet in available credit. I called customer service on June 6 and they said I was making more payments than required and for large amounts so until my account was older than six months, there would be some holding of available credit. I have paid twice a month but I don't recall that the $269 payment I made last month not being placed in available credit right away. The rep said give it time as they watch your payment patterns.
This also happened to my Capital One secured car that I previously had. Then it stopped and funds were available immediately after posting.
