Walmart's Chat?

I can't locate walmart's chat? Is it only at certain times of the day or something? Thanks.

I have gotten it to pop up by acting like I am starting a secure message and it pops up before I start the chat.

Also tried and could not get it. Pretty sure they're closed on weekends which is why we aren't getting it.

Guess I forgot to mention about the business hours lol.

it's only available during regular hours like 7am-6 or so depending on time zone.
