It's listed on the Cap1 site as one of the cards they offer. If you use the Cap1 prequalify page you'll be shown which cards you qualify for—presumably they'd list the Walmart one as well...

Not sure if that's the case, unless someone has seen it recently.  Cabelas and GM Buypower [Capital One] cards are not featured in their pre-qualify tool, for instance.

@TimeLBK  Yes, the new CapOne Walmart store cards can be used at Sam's Club.  Not sure if you can use it at Sam's Club online but you definitely can use it inside Sam's Club.
