Wards Credit - APR based on your state!

At first glance of the terms, it looks like a standard APR range.

Good credit gets the better rate but no!

It's based on which state you live in! 

I've never seen anything as remotely crazy as this.

It is a confuzzled mess but I'm sure it has to do with state laws and limits on what they can charge. 

I've never seen one THAT broken down though.. Sheesh!

Might sound crazy but I have seen charts of states with the highest defaults and foreclosures.  Maybe they are ahead of the game in analytics.

Wards is still a thing in the way that Sears will still be a thing after the stores eventually liquidate.
