Was my secured credit card finally unsecured?

Hello everyone, i was just looking at my bank account, which is through Capital One and noticed in my platinum secure card part of it I have a -99 balance and it says the reason is for a security deposit refund. It just showed up yesterday. I have not got any type of email or anything telling me that my card is unsecured now. Has anyone had this happen ? Maybe it's being delayed because of the weekend

Yes. They refunded your security deposit. It now appears as a credit on the card. So it graduated from secured to unsecured.
