I remember seeing members write about a cite where they post concerns/complaints about credit card issuers and at times, some cc issuers actually go to the site and respond. What is the site?
Thank you for the sites. I was trying to recall one in particular - it may be the ripoff.com. I just remember myfico.com users stating they had posted their situations on the website after trying to deal with the company directly, and they received phone calls and/or letters.

Definitely Better Business Bureau if you want to get your message across. Had an issue with a Bank (not mentioning name) yrs ago and the issue was resolved, only cause I contacted the BBB with my complaints.
