Tonight I log into my Wells Fargo account And In the product / offers area there is an offer for a Wells Fargo Platinum Card. It says 0.00% introductory APR for the first 18 months. After 18 months APR is 21.49% to 26.99%.
I have been with Wells Fargo since 2005 and I do check my FICO score through them I think they use EX 9. Mine right now is showing 638. I also researched online and some say they have been approved in this range. Do you think this is a solid prequalified offer? First time I have had it show up in my account. Years ago I was receiving offers through the mail.

No it does not say either one. It’s just in the area where my offers pop up. When I log in on mobile it appears between my checking and savings account.
