Wells Joint Account reported by Transunion for 1 day then deleted!

My wife recently added me as a joint account holder on her $18k Wells card with $2500 balance. Scores only went up 5 points, but all 3 CRA's reported. Transunion was last of course to report. They deleted the account after reporting for one day. Anyone ever heard of this? This a joint account, not authroized user.

They shouldn't be deleting either at this point.

I sent them a letter with copies of both credit reports. One with the account and the other with the account deleted the next day. It's af if it never existed. I may have to wait until Wells reports again to see what happens. I called TU and they had no knowledge of the account.

Unfortunately CRAs have no memory.  If it was there today and gone tomorrow they can only verify with your hard copies.

I just can't think of a reason why it would go away after one day. I was hoping it wasn't part of the Fico 08 deal, but it shouldn't matter in this case because it is a joint account. Thanks for your replies.

Nope, as far as I know, Fico 08 is not yet implemented.
