Hi, I only know of the Discover IT card which has no FTF and no annual fee . Are there any other similar cards ?
Capital One cards don't have FTF.
Amex Platinum
BofA Travel Rewards
CSP
United Explorer
Just a few, I am sure there are plenty more.
Barclay No-AF Arrival also has no FTF. I think everything from Penfed is no-FTF and no-AF
Some of the answers above are AF cards.
Some of the popular cards here:
All Capitol One no AF cards
Barclaycard Arrival
Discover (mostly for China)
BofA Travel Rewards
I'm sure there are more I'm missing.

The spreadsheet referenced on the following LINK (discussing CC's with EMV chips) includes information on many cards that have no or reduced Foreign Transaction Fees:

I know CapOne has been mentioned several times. But specifically, if you're looking for a no AF, no FTF card for travel, the VentureOne might be a good one for you. Reward of 1.25 miles per dollar spent, also.
Look into the Bank of America Travel Rewards Visa card. No FTF, no AF, and it has smart chip technology (it's chip and sig though, not chip and pin).
