Hmmm...That sounds like a bad (possibly illegal) idea. And still not much in the way of answering the clarifying questions posed. Difficult to be of any useful, legal help without more.

OP, you have two good limit Capital One cards. Enjoy those while you rebuild.

The idea of accepting help from the dark web sounds like an excellent way to get your identity stolen. If that’s OK with you, venture on, but there are no fast tricks to really build your credit.
