@Anonymous wrote:Well Consumer Reports often test out which are the best products, ie Car, Appliances, various products etc. But for Credit Cards such as with music, it's more of a personal choice that fits the person.
But usually those all have extra categorization, best car for some purpose (and budget). It's pretty rare for there to be the universal best X for anything (in fact @redpat gave two of the known examples, ABBA and Yugo). But is it the case, in general and in credit cards, for there to be "worse" things, where you can argue that a different choice has all the main features but a lower cost (AF/APR or whatever) than another one
Seriously, what's wrong with Yugo?
When it breaks down, pick it up and carry it home. Saves money on towing.
Cow liver and other organ meat have saved humanity from vitamin deficiencies and anemias before supplements were available, and continue to do so in places where supplements are not available.
ABBA is just good for you. It really is. Try it, it's impossible to be salty while listening to Dancing Queen.

Sometimes "visitors" only visit to drop off links.
No need to shake anything, heads included.

There's a quote I can't remember who it's claimed to be - probably no one in reality, but when "Abraham Twain" was asked how long a man's legs should be, he responded, "Just about long enough to reach the ground."

And all their reviews of those things are based on a profile of what they think consumers priorities should be. Not that there's anything wrong with that - but when an individual asks for advice, that advice needs to be tailored to them, not just a typical consumer. Otherwise we may as well say "Just google best travel cards 2020."
