The most you will get is 3x your current limit. You really should read up on the American Exprss 3X CLI thread thats listed on the stickies. It will help you a lot especially with the questions from the other thread

Today I got my first 10+ card approved.. chase freedom.. before then I have 5 credit cards, 2 store credit cards and my first ever card was obtained in 03/2013, so it took me more than a year and a half to get there... I wouldn't think I did so well..
You got $10k from Chase Freedom?! That's almost unheard of.

My first (and only) is Sallie Mae

My is that unheard of? Freedom was my 2nd cc that I ever got and they gave me 12.4k starting CL and I'm a student. Only had a $700 CL BOA before that. Couple months later I got 10k from Cap1 QS as initial CL and 9.5k from Discover initial CL.

I did have a few credit cards when I turned 18......I screwed them up and all got charged off. This was 11 years ago so they are currently not on my reports. The only CC card I got back then that's still on my report was a Kay's card that states I had $68 CL that was closed with a 0 balance and no lates. Its actually set fall off in 2017. It was closed due to no activity. That was it besides a couple collections. I started rebuilding and my first card was in April....no loans at all. Never had a mortgage or auto loan in my name and never any other type of loans at all. I gotten 7 low limit cards from April to October but they were all between $200-$800.... Then came Navy in November with the 12.5K.....Navy is just a very generous and awesome lender.
