When Citi sends you an Amazon offer

Very short story..

Epilogue...

I'd rather eat tuna straight out of the can, than call Citi customer service.

The End.

Well, your phone is only 45% charged.   You need at least 60% to work with Citi, like a Fico score.

Re: When Citi sends you an Amazon offer

Comedic banter aside I got that same offer and it's pretty decent if you shop their anyways, plus it's higher than the typical 3%-5% you see on their Family of cards. It's definitely a nice offer for those without Amazon cards. Especially since my offer was on the Diamond Preferred card which has no rewards structure.

I just hope when I activate it that I don't get the error message like above! lol

I received that same offer on my AAdvantage Executive card. Not even going to bother with it. I will however take advantage of the 5x on my Prestige card to online shopping, cable, and streaming.

Got the same offer. Lots of competition for my Amazon purchases this quarter. Currently working on my Affinity bonus spend though otherwise, my Citi Dividend might see some of them.

Citi being Citi.  😒

Somehow I have the feeling you'd rather eat vegetables than tuna from a can.

Re: When Citi sends you an Amazon offer

I received the same targeted offer today on my Dividend card.  Sorry to hear that you had problems activating the offer.  I was able to successfully activate my offer on the first try and should have no trouble maxing out the bonus.

Re: When Citi sends you an Amazon offer

It's Citi Bank and between their inability to navigate the digital world and this special offer ... who's surprised?

Bitter because I cannot update my 4th Quarter 2020 Categories on my Citi Dividend World Elite Master Card that no long offers any real elite benefits (my landing page is awful and they don't show the Categories at all)? Smiley Sad

Would say more but it would not be polite!
