I'm wondering if anyone has any insight as to when I might be able to apply for the Chase Sapphire Reserve?
Here's a list of cards that were opened in the last two years:
If the two business cards are not counted toward 5/24, then I should be able to apply in January 2017. If only the Chase one counts, then I should be ok in April of 2017. If both count, then I won't be eligible until September 2017.
Does anyone have any idea which of these apply?
Only the Chase business card counts, the Amex one does not as Chase can't see that one.
Have you tried going in branch to see if you have a pre-approval offer? This is one way to help get around 5/24. I say help because it's still not a guarantee, but does seem to have a high success rate.

Good point.
You can try in Chase branch. There are data points that many could bypass 5/24 with in-branch pre-approval.
