When do Citi, Synchrony, and Comenity report utilization?

Yes for Citi and SYNCB.
I don't have any Comenity cards.

They typically report shortly after the statement closing date depending on whatever Comenity, Citi or SYNCB account(s) you have.

I have 3 synchrony cards.
All of them report between the 20th and the 23rd of each month.
Yours may be different of course.

I have all three and here has been my exp:

Bank                     Reports                              When

Citi (BB)               Statement Close bal         2-3 Days after Stmnt

Sync                     Statement Close bal         2-3 Days after Stmnt

Comenity           *Statement Close bal       3-6 Days after Stmnt
