Wondering when new CC TLs first report to the CBs? Do they normally report after first use, first statement with a balance, or not at all until used?
Also curious if they normally report to all 3 bureaus?
I have capital one, sallie mae mc, amex, discover, and PenFed promise that I have all recently been approved for if that matters
thanks

They vary from before you get the card to several months after. They all will report to the threeCRAs.
Ok I know PenFed already hit I may have had the card only for a few days.
My Cap one reported to all 3 bureaus a few days after the first statement.

Right. Some, depending on the lender, can report within a matter of hours or the same day. Others, like Irish mentioned, can take a couple months (i.e. AMEX, Discover, etc.).
Barclays reported to all 3 before I received the card...lol
