Is asking for a CLI always a hard pull? Clicked on my Citi account website and got an immediate form letter denial on the screen. Also got denied for a Citi Premier Pass with TU/796, EQ/703
EXP/674. Too many balances, too high util. Would calling help? Just got a BT from BofA for 13K at 3.99.
