When will I get the $100 cash back?

I already spent $500 on my Chase Freedom, and a statement cut. I got the points for the 1 percent of my purchases, but when will I recieve the $100 cash back?

I think technically you get 10000 reward points, which can be later converted to 100 dollars

Also, were all the $500 charges posted when the statement cut?

Yes, my first charge on the account was a $550 plane ticket. It was posted before the statement cut.

Did you check your UR balance? You should have 10k additional UR.

You should have gotten it. Try calling CS. Maybe you have to wait a month but generally it should post in the next cycle after you hit the minimum spend.

In my case it hit after the first statement. But they do say that it can take up to 8 weeks, so I would wait for your second statement before calling them.

Mine posted right after statement cut and it was 10K points.... you mention a 550$ plane ticket but 569 points? ...so you also did not yet get the points for your ticket !
