I just finished a year with them a few months ago and am currently in a designation for a year long contest called National Achiever. I may be able to go on a trip to the Bahamas next year!
My blanket excuse for Chase is that they are so big they trip on themselves from time to time.
I'll be more active in a few moths we are super short staffed.
If anyone has a backdoor number for US bank besides underwriters I keep hitting adead end on converting my card
