I didn't know they would even consider doing HPs still. But nevertheless I'm going to hold off. It's finally at the $10K mark ($10.5K to be exact) so I'll just roll with that for a while and save that TU pull for something else I have in mind coming up real soon. But thanks for the heads up.

Bank of America is where it is at!
My Cash Rewards is at 17200.
Many banks give high limits. It's really a function of your income, your credit score, the length of your credit history, your total exposure, and the absence of late and missed payments.
i have cards from every major banks, and boa gives me the most credit line. 50k across 4 cards, next is amex with 26k. then a dis IT i just applied and got 20k SL. chase, still stuck at 7500
I can only hope I can eventually grow my Discover It to the levels I see on this thread. Currently at 8,500 after having it for two years, and that I just got to 8,500 recently after requesting a CLI manually.

Do you have a Bank of America account? If so that might be why. I got 20k out of the gate on BOA Premier Rewards. And 25k out of the gate for my Chase Hyatt. My Wife has 3 chase cards 27k, 25k, and 25k. I think Chase is the most generous to us. But each bank has their own criteria. Amex is the stingest to me.
My highest limit cards are:
Discover: $63,700
Amex ED: $38,000
CapOne Venture: $36,750
