Id also suggest using the credit pulls database
Barclays pulls TU, try and see if you get approved.

I beg to differ... I am thinking of the Rtiz and hoping they might pull my TU although my horrid TU pulls... Applying Dec 31st my BDAY... 4 TU's inquires fall off that day and maybe they will be generous and extend me credit and overlook my inquires on TU!!!!

Not exclusively anymore. Folks have reported SYNCB pulls EX as well. They did for me for EBates Visa (Oct) and eBay MC (last year).

I have the opposite problem. I have TOO many people pulling TU on my file. With EX a close second. Meanwhile, 0 Inq's on my EQ.
For me, those who pulled TU:
Chase (Double-pull with EX) x2 for Freedom/CSP
US Bank
Barclays
Discover
Experian:
Chase (Double-pull with TU)x2
Amex
Equifax:
Citibank (way back in 2012), so it's off my report now.
I've moved around over time, but my pulls have come from Illinois and Michigan.
Bank of America does for CLI's!
