Who pulls Transunion?

Looking to find a credit card to do a  balance transfer.  My best score is currently TU.   Does anyone know who pulls TU?   What about Discoverer?

I know it can vary, and it can vary by where you live in the US.  For example, I was told that those who live in the midwestern states will find their TU pulled a lot, but not in other regions.  

I heard someone mentioning Chase always pulls EX, but I live in Illinois and for both my initial credit request and my CLI, they pulled TU.

W/in the past year, it has been Wachovia, National City, Wells Fargo, and PNC for DW and myself.

i apped in dec. 08 from nyc and discover hard pulled tu and softed eq.  and yes, it varies by region as well as by issuer.  climate changes seem to be leading some issuers, like amex, to pull multiple reports in some instances, instead of just one.
