Will 30 day lates change?

Just a random thought....

With the exception of my 70 year old parents, I know very few people who pay their bills using check and postage. I wonder as more and more people are accustomed to paying online, if FICO will change reportable lates to 15 days or 20 days. From my understanding 30 days was established as a cutoff time to allow for snail mail issues.
