I've been really busy with work and time got away. It was due 21st March. Ended up getting paid 29th March. Wondering if this mistake will end up on my CR.
IIRC, you have to be at least 30 days late for your CRs to report it. I would still call the CC, explain the oversight, and politely ask for the late to be waived as a one-time courtesy.
It probably won't ding your credit report, although your CC will obviously know. And they can act on it under your agreement with them, even if it doesn't get reported to the CRAs.
Agree with SunriseEarth on this, if they charged a late fee, ask for a one time reimbursement. Even if it's not in their advertising, they will often give you a break once.

set up auto pay for at least the minimum each month if these things are "out of site and out of mind" so to speak for yourself... when you are this fresh into rebuilding a late while not on reports can really derail you with the issuer to build at the steps in place... like a capital one credit steps would be canceled by missing a payment, you may not get a secured card graduating at 12 months because of a missed payment... while i think a few days you are okay but why risk is when you are talking about probably a $10-$20 payment.

No but you can still incur fees and APR hikes. Do what you need to so to avoid this.
ita with setting up autopay for (at least) the minimum due each month
