Will being added as an AU on Amex or Wells Fargo Visa report to CB?

  Just curious if my mom were to add me as an authorized user on her Amex if it reports on mine to the bureaus? She has high CL's and keeps her balances very low, maybe 10% util. I'm trying to rebuild, have higher util, and one derog from a cell company on my report that I'm fighting because it's not mine.

Yes it can. Some creditors don't consider AU but some do. AMEX for an example can set your member since date to the date you became an AU helping you with AAA when you get your own AMEX card(s).
