Trust me if there is a card that the CSR does not have a clue about it's the Zync.
When i called after i got Declined i was also told by the CSR that the Hard Limit Zync would not prevent you from obtaining another card, then i told her about the message i got in the decline letter and she had no idea how to react to it.
Long story short it took 20 minutes and a call to the Executive Office for them to confirm that indeed the PSL Zync would need to be closed if i wanted another card.
