Would it be possible to PC a amex Hilton to a BCE !?

I really like the unlimited 2% on gas and department stores perfect for when those categories are not running on my discover it or freedom cards

No. Cobranded cards aren't eligible for PCs unless you wanna change that Amex hilton to a Surpass card after 13 months of having the card if you have the no AF version. I tried doing that with my Gold Delta and that didn't work.

Tradelines: Macy’s - $18k, Penfed Power Cash Rewards - $10k, Ethan Allen (TD Bank) - $5.7k, Kay Jewelers - $5.5k, Appliances Connection - $5.3k, Jared - $5.25k, Best Buy (Citi) - $5k, Dell Preferred Account - $3.5k, Samsung - $3.2k, Firestone CFNA - $3.2k, Capital One Platinum - $3k, Mercury MC - $2.25k, Williams Sonoma - $2.1k, Wayfair (Fortiva) - $2k, Amazon Store Card - $1.8k, Apple Card - $1.7k, NFCU cashRewards - $1.5k, CareCredit - $1.5k, B&H Photo - $1.5k, Adorama - $1.25k, Ebay MC - $1k, Sam’s Club MC - $1k, American Eagle - $1k, Ollo MC - $600, Mission Lane Visa - $500, NY & Company - $500, Walgreens - $500, Home Depot - $500, Target RED Card - $500, CapOne Secured MC 0 AF - $500, Penfed Overdraft LOC - $500

Current FICOS: Mid 640s-50s on all reports, Ch 7 BK D/C Aug 2019
Starting scores: EX - 534, EQ - 574, TU - 516 | Total TLs: $91k approx | Total Utilization: 17%, getting this back down

I think you're better off applying for the BCE cause of the sign up bonus they have right now. And eventually you can consolidate your Amex hilton to that card and close it.

I would call and ask about the PC first. I PC'd my co-branded AmEx Delta to the AmEx BCE a year ago, maybe the rules have changed.

You won't get the signup bonus with a PC though.

I'm jealous. That's two different reward products. I want my BCE to be an ED, and they told me they never change reward structures on a card, making me ineligible. >.> .... <.< ....

It's not unheard of, for AmEx to offer a PC to a different rewards type. At one point, for about 2 weeks, I had an upgrade offer to HHonors Surpass, for both my HHonors and Mercedes-Benz CC. During the same time frame, I also had an offer to upgrade my Mercedes-Benz to AEDP (same rewards structure*). Note: Since then, both the Mercedes -> HHonors Surpass, and Mercedes -> AEDP offers no longer appear.

If at first you don't succeed; Garden for 6 months, then try again.

Work the system. Don't let the system work you.
