Wow... They messed up, this is unbelievable!

Alright...
Here is what happened. I currently have 2 CC with this company...
One older one (CL=1k)
And a newer one that I Just got... With a way higher CL.
I called the backdoor number to close the older one and move the CL to the new card.

Results:
Old card CL = Old CL + New Card CL!
New Card CL = unchanged!

Sooooo effectively I have increase my old CC CL by the amount awarded from the New CC CL!
Sooooo if this remain in caught and in a little while I can combine the two CL and have a monstrous CLI!

Ever happened to anyone else?!

So are you saying that I should call them again, assuming that I get a different operator I should be able to combine the card and increase the CL of the newest card.
