anyone else get an unsolicited APR reduction from Citi on the Prestige?

I got an email saying "since you're such a great customer" my APR for new purchases has been reduced to 1.9% until June of next year....

Yes.

Virtually all Citi cards are getting these promotional APR offers. 4 of (all of) my Citi cards, at randomly selected low rates.

It's a promotion, it's not "unsolicited", because it expires.

Enjoy the low rate!
